Valbona has extensive experience in the field of human resource management and business organization, with a background in the HR sector for research companies and personnel management in the hotel sector in Rimini, Rome and Matera.
She was responsible for starting up the database on hotel chains in Italy and actively supported over 30 hotel development projects, with a focus on the collection and processing of statistical data and territorial surveys.
Valbona has a master’s degree in tourism economics and a degree in economics from the University of Bologna.
