Brand search for the new Hilton Garden Inn Bologna

We supported Piazza Hotels & Residences (PHR) in selecting and contracting a major franchisor for an operating upscale property in northern Bologna, the Green Park Hotel. THRENDS acted as the advisor for the brand search procedure and finally supported PHR in negotiating the agreement with the brand Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel will feature 132 keys and will re-open as newly branded in February 2023.
