We acted as the strategic advisor for defining the optimal concept, development strategy and operational plan for a borgo privately owned by the Seragnoli Family, set in Montalcino, within a 800 hectares estate. The Borgo Lucignanello estate will be developed under a countryside resort concept and will feature luxury villas and apartments.
