New entry in Florence for the Allegroitalia group with the Hotel San Gallo Palace: located 2 km from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, the property is located in a historic building and has 56 rooms and suites with balcony, two meeting rooms with capacity for up to 50 people, a lounge bar, a fitness area, and a bistro also open to outsiders.

The hotel has historically recorded a turnover around approx. EUR 2 mln, and revenue/key around EUR 30-35 thousand.

In 2020 the hotel saw a relatively limited reduction in turnover of -40% compared to 2019.

Following the new entries in 2021 in Salsomaggiore Terme (Centro Termale Il Baistrocchi, Hotel Valentini) and Fratta Terme Di Bertinoro (Allegroitalia Fratta Terme), the Italian group Allegroitalia Hotel & Condo has a total portfolio of 17 hotels for a total of 1,063 keys.

With the new properties, the group’s room portfolio is mainly placed in spa destinations (41%), arts (22%) and business (21%). Residual is the presence in seaside destinations (11%) and other leisure (5%).
