B&B Hotels has recently announced the entry into its portfolio of a new property in the Langhe area. A hotel with 84 rooms, a meeting room (max 50 seats) and large outdoor parking. This new property represents the 3rd hotel added to the chain’s Italian portfolio since the beginning of 2022, after the B&B Hotel Arezzo (79 keys) and the B&B Hotel Pomezia Roma (75 keys). Other openings scheduled for 2022 are the B&B Hotel Roma Fiumicino Fiera and the B&B Hotel Genova City Centre. With the new entries, the Italian portfolio of the chain rises to 52 structures for a total of 4,867 keys.
During 2019, the group undertook a strategy to lighten its real estate portfolio by finalizing the sale of some properties with Sale & Lease Back agreements. This is the case of the hotels B&B Palermo, B&B Como City Center, B&B Genova, B&B Sesto S.Giovanni, transacted, the first two, in favor of Europa Risorse SGR, while the last two in favor of PREIM.
