The sale of the Park Hotel Cassano d’Adda (Milan), owned by Reoco CR1 RE Srl, to a leading international investor was also completed in August. The asset, therefore located between Milan and Bergamo, has 104 keys, a restaurant, lobby bar, four meeting rooms and internal parking.
