The Spazio Sanità fund, managed by InvestiRe SGR, just purchased (through a sale & lease back agreement) a real estate portfolio consisting of 3 Nursing Homes, 2 of which located within the Florence metropolitan area and one placed in the province of Novara.

The portfolio was sold by the Kos Group, one of the main operators in the sector, which will keep the management of all three properties.
