Melià has announced the opening of a new hotel in Milan for 2024. For the group, this will be the fifth hotel in the city, already holding its own Milanese portfolio three operating structures and one fourth in pipeline. The new facility will be located within walking distance from Piazza del Duomo, inside an ancient palace, which will be completely restored, e will represent the brand’s debut in the city «Collection». The hotel will have 31 apartments consisting of three spaces, namely bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen. To complete the accommodation offer, there will be a gym, a bar and a terrace restaurant overview. In the portfolio of the group in Milan, we find 3 currently operating hotels: Meliá Milano, 5* from 291 keys, ME Milan Il Duca, 5* from 132 keys e the Innside Milano Torre Galfa, 4* with 145 keys.

In the the opening is scheduled for this year of the Gran Melià Cordusio, 5* from 70 keys. Currently, the group holds a portfolio of 6 operating hotels in Italy, including the Gran Melià Rome Villa Agrippina, 5* from 110 keys, Melià Genova, 5* from 99 keys and the Hotel Tenuta di Artimino, 5* from 37 keys, located in Artimino (PO). Over the next few years there are instead 6 le pipeline structures. Beyond the Collection in Milan, the openings of Innside Cala Rossa, 4* are planned from 115 keys, located in Terrasini (TP), the Innside Noto (SR), 4* with 146 keys, Melià Polignano a Mare (BA), 5* from 266 keys, Melià Syracuse and Melià Taormina, both 5 stars.
