The domestic group Piazza Hotels & Residences (PHR) has just signed a contract of long-term lease, with option to purchase of the Casteldoria Mare Resort, 4* from 142 rooms, located near Castelsardo. The Casteldoria Mare Resort is a complex of recent construction, overlooking the beach of San Pietro a Mare, in the province of Sassari. The resort has 142 rooms, panoramic swimming pool, beach with private lido, sea view restaurant, panoramic sky bar terrace, entertainment and courts sportsmen. PHR will take over management upon completion of the station 2023. The group’s portfolio matters to date 22 facilities, net of two transfers occurred in the first months of this year (2 RTA) and including the acquisition of Casteldoria e of Aura Living Hotel Rimini, 45 keys, in MCA. Among the prominent managements are the Savoia di Rimini, the UNA Hotel in Varese, the future Hilton Garden Inn of Bologna, the Schloss Hotel of Pontresina (Switzerland). PHR had recently entered the news sectorial for the role of co-investor in the Colonia Bolognese di Rimini, acquired at auction in 2022, together with another industrial partner.

The Group recorded a turnover in 2022 total of Euro 20.8 million (+69.4% compared to 2021 and +38.3% compared to 2019) e an EBITDA margin of 33.5% (+12 pp compared to 2019). The group has been listed since the beginning of May on Tenant Rating of THRENDS, with «A» rating.
