On the waterfront of Pietrarsa (historic location of the «Miglio D’Oro») a hotel complex is under construction, developed in different building structures that make up the ancient «Villa Monaco».
At «Casa Colonica» restaurant and a «Le Cabine» bar are already operational within the estate, the opening of which dates back to December 2021. According to budgetary sources, the total investment program amounts to Euro 21.9 million. Once completed, the complex will be branded «Tribute Portfolio». The brand landed in Italy in 2020 with «The Regency Rome», 4* from 40 keys. In the coming years (2023-2025) a further 6 facilities (over 700 keys) are in the pipeline.
