On June 2nd Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco will be reopening the doors to its guests.
The 5-star estate, spanning over a 2 thousand hectares hill-countryside in Tuscany, is currently undergoing some expansion works which involve an increase of the Borgo total rooms supply.
The room inventory will reach 53 rooms in total (from the current 33) by the end of the summer.
The facility, since its inclusion in the Rosewood portfolio (2015), has been recording a CAGR of +11%, with revenues per room that reached up to 180.000 Euros in 2019.
