Blu Hotels has recently completed the acquisition of the property of Hotel Acquaseria, which is located in Ponte di Legno, and which is one of the most prestigious hotels managed by the chain since 2013.

The operation is valued at approx. 10 million euros, including CapEx for the modernization of the structure.

The Blu Hotel Acquaseria, located approx. 500 meters from the center of the town, has 95 rooms of different types, a SPA equipped with aromatic steam baths, finnish saunas, emotional showers and a relaxation area with herbal tea corner.

Blu Hotels currently holds a portfolio of 30 properties (CAGR +2% in the period 2013-2022), mainly belonging to the upscale segment, and for a total of 3,331 keys.

44% of the group’s portfolio is distributed in sun & beach destinations; 30% in mountain destinations; 20% in lake destinations and 6% in arts & business destinations.
