Leonardo Ferragamo will allocate an investment of 15 million euro to contribute to the development of Marina di Scarlino, in the Maremma Toscana. The aim of the investment is to develop an integrated offer in the area: a marina with 960 seats boat, a resort of 30 apartments open 12 months a year, an authorized shipyard by Nautor’s Swan, one yacht club and a shopping mall with shops, bars, restaurants, a beauty center, a swimming pool and beach club. 

The 15 million euro investment by Residenze Baia Scarlino, a company wholly owned by Baia Scarlino (Leonardo Ferragamo), foresees the construction of the sole di Toscana Residences, that is, 36 luxury residences sea ​​view, with dimensions ranging from 104-160 square meters, with private parking, terraces and private gardens with panoramic views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. 

The complex will be inaugurated in 2023 and the 36 apartments will be offered for sale, however, there will be an opportunity to join the Rental Program. In other words, the asset will be managed and rented directly from the Resort Marina di Scarlino, while the owner is not using it.
