The Annamaria Hotel, located in the municipality of Dimaro Folgarida (TN), has been sold. The town is in the Val di Sole, in Trentino Alto Adige, not too far from Madonna di Campiglio.  Over time Folgarida has become  a popular location for those who prefers high altitudes.

The hotel, which is currently in the 3-star category, is spread over 6 floors and an underground level for a total of 8,300 square meters. The building is divided in 103 rooms of different types for a total of 200 beds, a bar, a restaurant,  an indoor swimming pool, a meeting room and a multi-storey garage. The asset was taken over by Pendragon Fund, a Luxembourg-based fund active since 2011 in investments in hospitality. As reported by Cristian Caruso, member of the Board of Directors of Pendragon Fund, the operation is fully part of the fund’s strategy and helps to strengthen the hotel portfolio of the company.

The new owner also plans to start renovations to reposition the structure in the 4-star segment and is selecting an operator who will take care of the management at the end of the construction work. The asset sale negotiation, followed exclusively by Coldwell Banker Commercial has started in September 2021 and ended with the Pendragon deed of 17.03.2022.
