Faded at the first acquisition attempt (for EUR 2.65 million) following bids at closed auction, the domestic group Piazza Hotels & Residences (PHR) managed to definitively secure the Colonia Bolognese complex. PHR therefore took over the asset at 5.22 million and the development project for the asset envisaged by the group could see the construction of a 130-room luxury wellness & beach resort.
