Preferred Hotels & Resorts International network is expanding its portfolio in Italy with: 

• Lefay Resort & Spa Lago di Garda, 5-star with 93 keys;  
• Lefay Resort & Spa Dolomiti, 5-star with 109 keys; 
• Marina di Scarlino Resort, 4-star with 29 keys. 

Lefay Resorts & Spa Lago di Como is the first structure of the Lefay Resorts collection. The 5-star resort recorded steadily growing revenues in the years 2015-2019, with a CAGR of + 3.6%, while a decreasing EBITDA Margin was recorded in the years 2016-2019. In 2020, the structure saw a decline in its revenues equal to -51%. The opening of the second hotel in the collection, the Lefay Resort & Spa Dolomiti took place on August 1, 2019, and in just 5 months, the structure managed to reach a TRevPAR equal to EUR 310, a result perfectly in line with other 5 stars already consolidated in the province (TN). 

On the other hand, Marina di Scarlino Resort also recorded growing revenues in the years 2017-2019, subsequently seeing a decrease in 2020 (- 25.6%). It should be remembered that Marina di Scarlino will see an increase in its accomodation offer in the coming years with 36 new luxury residences, whose finalization is expected by 2023. The 5-star hotels currently belonging to the Preferred Hotels & Resorts portfolio in Italy are therefore increasing at an altitude of 27. Including Villa Passalacqua, a historic residence transformed into a 5-star hotel by the De Santis family, already owner of the 5 * Grand Hotel Tremezzo, and whose opening is scheduled for late spring this year.
