Gusmay Beach Resort, a hospitality facility located in Peschici (FG) in the Manacore area, was recently sold. The acquiring party of the resort was the Gianel Shoes Group and Gsmart, associated with the Casarano family. The transaction concluded with the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Baia del Gusmay S.r.l. and the business branch of Gusmay Hotel and Hotel le Dune from Maritalia S.r.l., a company associated with Paolo Sacco.

Gusmay Resort comprises two 5-star hotels and one 4-star hotel. The resort consists of a central building with the reception and wellness center, and three separate blocks that house Hotel Gusmay, a 56-key 5-star hotel, Suite Le Dune, a 32-key 5-star hotel, and Hotel Cala del Turco, a 92-key 4-star hotel. Strategically positioned among the different areas are the restaurants, bars, 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a soccer field, an amphitheater, a helipad, and a parking lot. It is worth mentioning that in June, the resort became part of the Life Hotels & Resorts portfolio, which manages the facility under a management contract.
